can some one explain the a VERY Simple step by step to figure out what my load calculation is, or can some one show me a really good web site i can go to that will explain everything to me. I am very bad at math so im going to need some help please ?

volts = amps X Ohms

so

amps = volts divided by ohms

If it's a residential panel, it's probably
"120/240V. single phase".
That means you've got about 30 KW. worth
of available service.
Simply add up all the KW. loads from your
appliances that are connected at the same
time.
Do remember that not everything runs at
the same time.
Heating doesn't run with air conditioning.
Water heaters and refrigerators only run
part of the time.
Not all the lights are on at once.
