A criteria of visual acuity of 7/4, what does this equivalent to, -7.0??

There's a job position requires the passing of the Vision Test set at 7/4, I really do not know what it means. If someone's vision is about -7.0, will that be impossible for that job??

You can't convert lens power to acuity. The criterion of 7/4 is not standard notation for any acuity system that I know of, did you copy it correctly?

You should clarify whether the job requirement is for vision with or without glasses and what measuring system they have specified. Then ask your eye doctor if you meet the requirement.
