just turned 38, and I am panicking that I will not be able to attract younger women anymore. Give me some hope and encouragement!

Don't worry! Now how young you are looking for is an issue...
Just play the field and look for someone you want to keep around! At 38 I'm sure you want someone that's mature in personality too. (hint hint)
Men do have the gift of aging nicely and keeping alot of their attraction so relax!
But to hit on another issue. Try looking for someone that looks attractive but has the same maturity level as you! Are you looking just for a good time or someone that you can see yourself with for more then four hours?
I'm not worried about you getting younger women.. it can happen, but don't rule out women in mid-thirties cause alot look very nice and can actually relate with you and be just as interesting.

I'm 41 and I dated girls from 21 to 47 in the last three or four years. The 47 year old acted younger than the 21 year old ;-)
I don't think I'm an old 41 tho cos I've led a life of sport sport and more sport.
Get in shape, have fun, be funny and you'll attract all sorts, but keep it legal....always.
