For some reason, the back of my neck is allot darker than my skin. Is there a cheap producted that I can purchace at my local CVS, Jewel, etc that can make the skin on my neck the same color as my skin? (Im not talking about make-up, I need something that would make the darkness go away permanently?) Thanks in advance!

It is best to see a dermatologist. Many over the counter products either do nothing or make the situation worse by:
1. making the skin even darker
2. creating light and dark patches
3. causing a red, itchy rash
4. causing black pigmented spots
Those products are one size fits all but not everyone has the same skin or the same reason for the dark skin (pigmentation). Please see a dermatologist and get the problem resolved safely.
