Here ya go! Sounds wonderful...they look like Blueberries don't they? Are they tart?

JUNEBERRY JAM / JELLY

5 c. ground Juneberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
5 1/2 c. sugar

1 box Sure-Jello (Pectin)
3/4 c. water

(To make jelly, strain the juice through cheescloth and proceed.)

Boil Pectin and water together for 1 minute. Pour over berry mixture and boil 3 minutes. Put into jar and seal. Good on ice cream, pancakes, toast, etc.

This is what I found, though I have to say I have never had juneberries. I do make elderberry jelly though, and personally think it is the best jelly you can have, period! :) here is what I found....

Add one box commercial pectin to 3 1/2 cups juice. Place over high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Add an equal amount of raw sugar. Bring to a high boil again and hold for one minute. Skim off foam with a metal spoon and quickly pour into sterilized jelly jars. Process by either boiling in canner or turning upside down, as per instructions that come with sure-jell pectin.
