I know this person who called the police on this guy just for sitting at a neighbors house and had stalking charges on him just because she hates his guts and doesnt want him around her grandaughter who is 30 years old and a little mentally challenged like he is.He was only setting at the neighbors now its going to court because the JP wants it to go there what can happen to her for lying about him?HE was so upset when the police came he ran threw that neighbors house who also took charges out on him;sadly mixed up....

sorry that you cant understand that hes not the only one who has been harrassed and police called on;and i say your innocent until proven guilty and a petion or something should be done when she calls on everyone or anyone thats just the type of person she is....miserable and hateful and this kid was not stalking her grandaughter they where seeing each other and she just hates his guts and wants her to do as she says or they get arrested or left go just as long as she gets them in front of a magistrate she thinks she wins but this one is going to court finally...

Nothing you said indicates she lied. She called the police and reported that he was at the neighbors house (and probably some other things you left out). The police arrived and determined that it was likely a crime occurred or else they could not have arrested him.
Sounds like he also made matters worse by fleeing the police. Nice way to make a misdemeanor a felony.

The judge won't find someone guilty unless he sees evidence of the guilt. However you have already made yourself judge, jury and executioner based on half a story. You will NOT ever prove to anyone she lied. might as well drop it, otherwise you look like a loon.
