There is nowhere to go to "demand" amnesty because it is not an entitlement that you are being deprived of.

Your kid may be a citizen, but he/she is not a green card. You can demand anything you want of anyone you choose, but that does not mean you will get it. If you are serious I hope your kid reads the things you post someday. I'm sure it will make him/her feel so loved and wanted. Not.
