I want one for my birthday, and would like to know if you can keep putting money on the card after you run out.

Yes you can! It's usually on the website on the back of the card (or the phone number). I don't know how you do it exactly; I just know that you can do it.

Kate is right. Why would anyone want to pay some one to use your own money. If you want "plastic" consider a debit card. Be careful here also as there may be fees but the fees aren't as high as "Gift Cards". Also, do not purchase a "Bank gift card". They are worse than gift cards. Some of them have an expiration date..kiss your money byebye.

Most cards charge a fee . . .
I understand giving it but why would you want to pay more to reload it ?
I imagine they would be happy to put more $$$ on it , for the fee .
You give them a $100 , they put $90 on your card !
Why ? ? ?
