There is also a phone number if you rather get it by mail and not have to put your information on the Internet. It is 877 322 8228.
FREE credit report is a scam company.

You could check your credit score through anyone of the 3 credit reporting agencies. They are TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. They all have websites and there will be a link on the homepage to tell you how to check your score. You will be charged for this service, usually around $6 for each of the companies. I would advise using only these online sites to check your scores.

You are entitled to one free copy of your credit report each year. The big-3 agencies have set up a web site to do just this.

While the report is free, your score is not. Fair Issacs Corp. (the folks that developed the FICO Score) aren't required by law to give it away. The charge will be minimal.
