answerd also one thing i forgot to add if you are going to replace the tires too the wider the tire the more rubber on the road meaning you will be able to stop better in an emergency situation without locking up.
but you should just go with same size as factory just not skinnier

The Question was about Jeep patriot no data yet but it has a lifetime power train warranty. the Escape and Mazda have fair ratings. Drive them, and pick what you like. I tend not to buy cars and trucks first year they come out as they have to work out the bugs and it's you the bugs bug.
