Jesus is a symbol of the Cosmic Man in all of us, the potential in every human being to touch God.
In that sense Jesus exists even though the historic Jesus' body died millenia ago.
This Jesus within, now perhaps in the guise of the Holy Spirit, is only waiting to cease being crucified by us and reemerge in the human heart through Love, just as described in the Gospel and First Epistle of John.

Hi Dave:
Jesus told his dissciples that he was Alpha and Omega. He was the beginning and he will be the end.
Humans were originally created for fellowship with God, but as you've probably noticed, we've strayed away from that idea.
As for your question about sin, we're all sinners. (Romans 3:23) and there is a price to pay for that sin (Romans 6:23) That's why Christ came down to earth to die. God demands that blood to cover the multitude of sins.
You asked if he exists. Yes, Dave, He is alive and well as evidenced by the rising of the sun every morning.
Feel free to write back if you have any other questions.

well this is a good question... I ask myself this all the time.
I think jesus did exist, and I do belive that he died on the cross for our sins... and I belive in the after life, the after world, the anti-christ, I do belive that god and jesus is one man (not two men but one). I don't belive that jesus wanted us to go to church and get all dressed up every sunday... I'm sure that he just wanted to let us know that he was there for us and that we sould be there for him. I don't belive every word in the bible... How can somebody remember jesus and what happend that day exactily how it happend ( the day he died on the cross) so not every word is wright!!
thats what I belive... but thats my oppion !!!

Basically, there are no non-biblical references to a historical Jesus by any known historian of the time during and after Jesus's purported advent. Walker says, "No literate person of his own time mentioned him in any known writing." Eminent Hellenistic Jewish historian and philosopher Philo (20 B.C.E.-50 C.E.), alive at the purported time of Jesus, makes no mention of him. Nor do any of the some 40 other historians who wrote during the first one to two centuries of the Common Era. "Enough of the writings of [these] authors...remain to form a library. Yet in this mass of Jewish and Pagan literature, aside from two forged passages in the works of a Jewish author, and two disputed passages in the works of Roman writers, there is to be found no mention of Jesus Christ."28 Their silence is deafening testimony against the historicizers.

The idea that life and consciousness spontaneously rose from inert matter, and that it only happened on one planet in a universe of untold billions upon billions is crazy. In fact, Quantum Mechanics and M Theory tell us that matter is formed from spiraling packets of energy, and that every possible event exists until consciousness acts on the probability field to form a chosen reality.
Therefore consciousness acting on energy forms us and the universe we perceive. Consciousness forms matter, it did not arise from matter - it pre-existed matter and acted to create matter. This is scientific fact and can be proven in the laboratory.
While science can tell us how we got here, it can never tell us why we are here. There is however a plausible explanation that answers the question, agrees with current scientific knowledge and is compatible with the core ideas of most major religions.
That is that: In the beginning there was God, God was all that existed and there was nothing that existed that was not God. This is the definition of infinite and eternal.
God was composed entirely of energy whose closest word we have to describe is Love. God was fully aware of His/Her own Divinity. However, since God was all that there was He/She could not experience every aspect of this Divinity. Just as you cannot experience "forgiveness" unless there is someone other than you who has done something for you to forgive.
So God modified the vibrational patterns of His/Her body of energy so that matter would form. This initiated a process of physical evolution where matter formed stars and stars created heavy elements that formed planets. Some of these planets developed atmospheres and oceans that were appropriate to support life. The spark of life was implanted and life evolved to eventually produce a species with large enough brains to host a self-aware consciousness. All for the purpose of evolving beings that can experience all that they choose.
We are all direct physical manifestations of God experiencing the adventure of life on an evolutionary world. The path of our evolution is towards the fundamental nature of the Creator - Love. Eventually each of us will choose to do the will of the Creator just as Jesus did and express the same unconditional Love for all of God's creatures that God does.
When we do we will bring our fundamental energy vibrations into accord with those of the Original Source, re-uniting with Him/Her. This is the definition of enlightenment.
That is our purpose, the reason for us and all of creation. To allow us to experience all that we choose on the path of learning Love and finding our way back to the Creator.

No, no one knows the answer. When someone tells you Jesus exists, it's just what they think, and doesn't mean it's necessarily true. No one knows the answer, and you might not know even when you die. :(
Also, your mastubation question...no you won't! That's very crazy, indeed.
