I'm 17, 5ft 9, 135 lbs and I bike my way to school. I bike at a moderate speed (18 speed) and reach school within 15 minutes.

Now, I take 250 ml of milk, Keloggs' Corn Flakes and a poached egg.

What could I add/remove from the three mentioned above in order to eat a healthy breakfast?

Are you trying to put on weight or lose it?

Make sure you are eating enough fruits and veggies as well. A banana and a glass of V8 would be great. Also, try Kashi cereal. It has way more nutrients.

I would also go with a whole grain cereal with vanilla soy milk. I would also skip the egg. Either with breakfast, or later in the morning, I would have some fruit as well.
