savages and kills another human you can get away with it?

I didn't hear all the evidence, so my opinion on this case really isn't valid.

But it does surprise me that being stoned and pissed when looking after a small child isn't viewed as being negligent in itself.

Letting a dangerous dog into the house does seem to me like recklessness to the point of criminality.

Yes, after today it looks like you can, allow a dog that is
1. You are not surpose to have in the uk anyway and
2. Was not allowed in the house when the little girl was there.

What was she thinking, or was she that pasted it that she was not thinking at all?

Is being in a mental institution with big guys that eat kids and are NOT locked up ,

Well you might have a case of manslaugher but I hardly think that classes as 'getting away with it'.

may be they pat you on the back here in England or slap your wrists but you will have to live with what you done ,for the rest of your life, and answer to God
