Never wrote anything, how can we be sure that he said those things in the bible, how can we be sure that he agrees with them? If Jesus never wrote things down, why not (is it possible that he couldn't read or write)

The bible is written by men, but inspired by God. If God really exists and is as powerful as He says He is, He will not allow ANYONE to change what he wants to convey even after thousands of years.

The Bible records that Jesus read the scrolls and that he wrote in the sand so he could read and write. I think everyone has their own theory about what he wrote that made the men that wanted to stone the adulterous woman just walk away.

The 4 Gospels were written by witnesses or in the case of the book of Luke someone that talked to the witnesses. Considering the material Luke had he probably actually talke to Mary or Jesus's family members.

Well, there's the fact that ALL the books of the New Testament were written while eyewitnesses were still alive (the last was the Gospel of John and Revelations, which John son of Zebedee wrote on the isle of Patmos in around 90-95 A.D.), and they MOSTLY agree with each other. On some parts, it's more of a partial picture in each book, but they generally agree with one another. There were LOADS of people who heard Jesus say different things, and if any of the writers of the New Testament were just pulling words out of their ears, they would have been corrected.

Why didn't Jesus write a book Himself? I don't know. Maybe He just didn't have time.

I want to know why no one ever wrote anything down. We got a few very similar books of the bible to kick off the OT that came years after he lived, but if you raise the dead, heal the terminal or feed people by the thousands you would be bigger than the Beatles. Writing was common at the time, you would think one of them would write it down.

The Bible is made up of God's Words , as revealed to prophets, Apostles and other Godly men with whom He had a special relationship.
And, how is it you know that Jesus wrote nothing. He must have written something when He went to schools run by Rabbis. Besides, Jesus & God & The Holy Spirit are ONE.

The bible says that all scripture is inspired by God, like a CEO has a secretary even though he did not write the words the ideas on the paper belong to the CEO. That is my take on things.

Read the papers on the Life of Jesus in the Urantia Book. You'll learn the truth of Jesus and discover the errors in the Bible.

This book is available for free in it's entirety all over the internet, but here's a link to the beginning of this section:

we can't be sure he said everything or anything at all. I think his followers(the people who wrote the bible) just used Jesus as a heroic savior who supposedly died for everyones sins. I think this is more symbolic than anything else....

He sacrificed himself for his immediate followers who wanted change....he didn't do it for the evangelicals of today

Jesus could read and write. He had to to know the Law to read in public. His works were evident and reported by eyewitnesses.

The very best test is to study it yourself, see what happens in your life as a result of reading, thinking about, following it, asking God to show you what He wants you to do with His word. A very, very sure test.
