Does your dad know/acknowledge that he is having this problem? Has he seen a doctor? It is critical that he see one ASAP, expecially if this is progressing. The possibilities are almost too many to count, including:
Parkinsons disease
Low blood sugar
Focal seizures
There are treatments, but this is not an issue that can wait to be treated. Get him to a doctor now.

same thing happened to me. Sounds like an ulcer. I had the same feeling, got up and went to the bathroom, the next thing I know im going to the hospital be cause I lost 4 pints of blood rectally. Avoid Pain relievers, See a dock, Find out soon. The last thing any man wants is an excuse for a doc to give him the poky poke.

He really needs a physical to find out the problem. Diagnosing from a description is not a good idea.

There are way too many things it could be and I don't wanna say anything to scare you. Why don't you just ask him about it? I'm sorry I'm not giving you the answers you want but you sound too young and I refuse to freak you out just in case its nothing serious.
