By observing the seven Noachide laws:
Do not murder.
Do not steal.
Do not worship false gods.
Do not be sexually immoral.
Do not eat a limb removed from a live animal.
Do not curse God.
Set up courts and bring offenders to justice.
Edit:
Judaism actually doesn't encourage conversions.

Judaism teaches that ALL people, no matter which religion they follow, will have a place in the afterlife if they lead a good and moral life.
We don't have a concept of salvation, in the same way that we don't believe in 'original sin'.

Yup, Cathy said it all. Or, to put it more simply, "be a good person." Note that we do not have the concept of "salvation" in our theology because we have nothing to be "saved" from.

Under Judaism, which God is no longer accepting as a way of salvation today, a gentile is only saved by coming THRU Israel as a proselyte. Today , Jews have been "concluded in UNBELIEF along with the gentiles" and must come to God thru the finished work of the Cross, but in times PAST and ages to come, when God is again working thru the nation Israel, if you arent a jew then you come to God thru the KINGDOM Gospel which is the law of Moses.

They will say to keep the unbiblical "Noahide laws" (I'll leave you to Google that for yourself).
But the truth is, the only way for ANYONE to be saved (Jew, Gentile, everyone), is to believe that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.
