when you dream you dream in symbols that are created in your sub-concious. your sub-conscious creates these symbols to help you deal with problems in your every day life that you cannot deal with when you are awake. they deal with only the past and the present. never the future. the fact that after he woke up he could still feel the hands around around his neck indicates that he had a lucid dream. that's a dream where everything appears to be very realistic and therefore very scary. the demons in his dream tearing at him are his own private demons. we all have them in our lives. but my guess is that your husband is unaware of this and feels that by acknowledging this makes him feel less a man and it shouldn't. he has been pushing his demons further and further down into his sub-concious to the point that his sub-conscious has said enough and has started saying enough. as i stated earlier everyone one of us has our own demons that we have to face in our lives and they are nothing to be ashamed of. but they do have to be dealt with sooner or later, preferably sooner. my suggestion is that he sit back somewhere where he can't be disturbed but where he can be comfortable. not too bright but not too dark. not to hot but not too cold and do some deep critical searching of his life to see what his personal demons might be and rid himself of them by simply acknowledging them and telling them GOOD-BYE. if that doesn't work he may need to see a therapist for a little while for talk therapy. talk therapy has helped a lot of people and if he's not comfortable with it he does not need to let any one know he is seeking one out for help. the sooner the better. GOOD LUCK!

In my line of labor it is rather good recognized that one needs to be cautious to not choose up such rogue spirits or creatures whilst out and approximately. Have you been wherever out of the traditional in recent times, reminiscent of a historic landmark, burial floor, wrestle floor, and many others.? Have you or anybody nearly you used a Ouija board or different device to speak with the spirit global? Is any of this manifesting external of the dreamworld? Yes to any of those might factor to real presence of an evil spirit (probably however now not always a demon). I endorse if so that you simply pray A LOT and do a little fundamental safeguard rituals (those will also be located in just about any religion). Most of all, don't deliver in to worry. Stand as much as it/them. They will leave.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To see demons in your dream, represents ignorance, negativity, distress or your shadow self. It also forewarns of overindulgence and letting lust give way to your better judgment. As a result, your physical and mental health may suffer. To dream that you are possessed by demons, indicates ultimate helplessness.

Yeah, I know what your dream means. One time, I had a dream I saw two demons standing on my left and my right. They had long fingernails like the claws of a eagle. They began to claw me all over my body, like shredding me. When I woke up, it felt like fire had burned me where they clawed me. I found out from the Lord that I had been speaking something negative in my life that allowed these demons to attack me. Right after this dream, my mother all of a sudden kicked me out of her house and my job tried to sue me child neglect. But during this time, I saw the demons working in it all along. Your dreams means that there is something in your life which has opened the door for demons to come in and attack you. It can be worry, fear, anxiety and on and on. I feared my mother would kick me out. And, I feared that a certain issue would happen at work and it did.

It does sound awful, but it probably doesn't mean anything. If it does mean something, it seems like something to do with a feeling of needing to do something. Mabye he has a big deadline coming up and hasn't started the work or something.
You shouldn't worry about it anyway.

It means he needs to give his life to the Lord, you can listen to others that say not to worry about it or it's only in his head. But you must know there is good (GOD) and evil (Satan) in the world and they are always at war. As the two sides are always at war in our world and day to day lives. I suggest reading your Bible and focus on passages dealing with demons and possession. You will learn that only the LORD can free you from them.
