Today brings up a good reason why we need to forgive - even the worst of tragedies. Holding on to negativity only brings your own spirit down.

Matthew 16:19
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

We must forgive those associated with 9/11 or it will reflect on our own spirits/souls in eternal life.

Matthew 5:42-48 Love of Enemy

Release the power that any "enemy" from 9/11/01 would hold on you by forgiving them now. Please state your intentions today. Set yourself free from this hurt as soon as possible. Do not harbor the resentment for this occurrence anylonger. Do not relinquish your power, your strength, or your rewards for eternal life by holding onto tragedies, and commemorating them. Please pray! Affectionately, Marianne

goodwill: A Christian is not to harbour grudges and is to be forgiving. Why would anyone want to allow the past to haunt them over and over again, for ? Hate, grudges and non-forgiveness is corrosive against the Holy Spirit of God, which we have in us "by the laying on of hands". Forgiveness is not contingent upon others loving us - but for us [Christians] to love others - realizing that the "enemy" hasn't the power from God to love others, ( to the degree) as he or she loves self. "An eye for an eye" - and a "tooth for a tooth" , would leave the world full of blind and toothless people.

Mt 6:9-15
Therefore, you shall pray in this way: Our Father, who is in heaven: May your name be kept holy.
May your kingdom come. May your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.
Give us this day our life-sustaining bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation. But free us from evil. Amen.
For if you will forgive men their sins, your heavenly Father also will forgive you your offenses.
But if you will not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive you your sins.
