dreams are symbols created by the sub-conscious to help us to handle problems in our dream state that we cannot handle in our awake state. dreaming abour death does not mean that we are literally going to die. it does indicate the death of something. it could be the death of a dream or a job,or a relationship, or a position with a company, or any numkber of other things. but remember when something dies something dies something is born to replace it. your dad needs to be open-minded right now and aware of what is going on around him so that he is prepared for whatever is coming his way. as for you ..... there is nothing to worry about on your part. your father is not going to die. I PROMISE YOU!!!!

Tell your father that his dream is a warning from God to get his life right. His dream is showing him that he is going down a path that if he does not get his life right death is waiting for him. It's not that he has to die, but there are some choices and decisions he is making which will lead him in that direction. Grip reaper and carriage are symbolic of death. His dream is a warning from the Lord Jesus Christ. He just needs to change and make some different decisions in his life.

First of all, I don’t think your Father should have told you he had a dream like this. I don’t know how old you are, but it doesn’t do any good to scare your children like that.
If he’s dreaming about the angel of death, either he’s scared he’s going to die, or he wants to start something new with his life, and the angel is symbolic of that change he’s looking for.
Another idea is that he’s trying to scare you. I know I’m suggesting that he’s manipulative, and only you can answer that, but is he trying to get you to do something, and he thinks that scaring the crap out of you like this is how he’s going to accomplish this?
Good luck. It doesn’t mean he’s going to die.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To see a cherub in your dream, represents child-like innocence, frailty and mischievousness. You need to take life a little less seriously. Alternatively, you may have been dishonest or manipulative.
To see an execution in your dream, denotes that you will suffer some misfortune from the carelessness of others. To dream that you miraculously escape your own execution, signifies that you will overcome your enemies and succeed in gaining wealth.

Like the others I concur that you and especially your dad not panic. Just because you have a dream about it doesn't mean it will happen.
I mean what if your dad had a dream he won the mgea million. And he vividly saw the numbers and wrote them down after he woke up from his dream.

Sounds like your father is just scared of dying. No shame in that, its probably because he doesn't know what would happen to you. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it, I once had a dream that a giant lobster chased my family and I around a ocean dock trying to kill us.
I haven't been attacked by a giant lobster yet...I'm still waiting.

No, it does not mean your father is going to die.
It means that your father is in that stage of life where most adults begin to recognize that life DOES, indeed, have an end. Sounds to me like your father has a healthy perspective on life (and its ending), and he is working that out in his dreams.
No worries :)
