Around central Park east and west from the 50's to the 70s'. The village has some pretty expensive housing as well. Just about anywhere in NYC is expensive.

Central Park West; 5th Ave, Madison Ave, Park Ave, from about 86th South to about 34th; Sutton Place; Gramercy Park; Greenwich Village in Manhattan; Brooklyn Heights & Sheepshead Bay & certain parts of Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn.

Multi-millionaires and some billionaires - upper East Side of Manhattan. Usually in the high 60s and 70s Streets.It's the enclave of old money.
