You may or may not be able to see in an hour. Every person is different. You distance vision should be fine but your up close vision will probably be blurry. We tell people it last about 4 to 6 hours but that's just to be safe. Most people can see just fine in an hour or two.

Unfortunately they will settle down in a couple of hours and are not really easily influenced to do so in a hurry without reversing drops. The majority of Doctors I know do not use them becuase they burn like the dickens and no one will let them put the second drop in their remaining eye once the first one is dropped. Call your Doctor adn ask them what they can do. There are different kinds of drops and people react to them all differently.

you don't, the medication the doctor used to dilate your eyes will wear off in 45 minutes to an hour and that's all there is to it, you should have told the doctor before the procedure if you were under time constraints.

you should still be able to see, things will just be slightly blurry and give you a headache in bright lights(been there done that) it'll wear off soon.
