It is possible to improve your vision!
There is a lot of talk here AGAINST the eye exercises for vision improvement. I urge everyone who doubt the efficiency of eye exercises to read below...
My prescription was -1.00 D on both of my eyes and I had astigmatism also (-1.25/-1.00 D in meridians). I wore glasses for more than 5 years. THREE different eye doctors (I consider them as experts in the field of ophthalmology) told me that I would NEVER be able to see clearly without glasses and contacts and that I could expect my vision only to become worse over time. I know very well how it felt when I was unable to see clearly and there was nothing I could do about it.
When I discovered exercises for vision improvement, I was so thrilled and I practiced them intensively for a few months. Within that period of time my eyesight improved completely. When I went to regular eye exam in six months, I could read the last row WITHOUT correction lenses and I had no sign of astigmatism!!! My eye doctor even dilated my pupils and performed skiascopy exam. The result was 0.00D.
How is this possible if eye exercises don't work?
I don't know how they work exactly and frankly I don't care! I know only one fact - eye exercises DO WORK and CAN improve vision!!!
As for Program For Better Vision - I am not familiar with it, but based on their website it looks similar to the Rebuild Your Vision program: http://www.refractiveeyedisorders.com/ryv
Exercises from Rebuild Your Vision do work and probably Program For Better Vision works also.
Good luck!
Best regards,

You may be surprised to know that optometrists use eye exercises for lots of things such as if someone has trouble moving their eyes together. As for fixing someones eyes to 20/20...optometrists don't give exercies for that because they don't do anything.
These programs have been around since the early 50's but a new one normally gets hyped up every few years. I've seen one which claims that his 'exercies' can actually stop eye diseases such as glaucoma... which I think is a very very dangerous claim.
If you do want to try these programs (which I would recommend you don't bother)...don't get high hopes and don't throw out your glasses. They prey on the publics lack of understanding of how the eye works (I'm not sure if they know themselves) to make money out of them.

Yeah we just got it a few months ago . It is fairly pricey I forgot exactly how much though . I believe $150 ish . But that includes a lot of discs and books. It really works , although our girl is only 16 months old , but she did say elephant a couple times , which is pretty advanced to me. She actually enjoys watching it and it is educational , I'd say it's worth it , give them a break from the noggin channel or disney cartoons .

Hey there,
It may sound impossible but it's really easy to improve your vision without surgery with some specific eye exercises. I'm following this method http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413 and it's working incredibly well.
I have been using it for years
Good Bye

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f

My vision is fine. My problem is that I have a serious refractive error that makes it impossible for me to focus on distant objects. To be honest, I don't think these exercises would help me unless they could change the shape of the eyeball itself.

We actually got this at our office to see what it is about......it is a load of crap. They want you to just blink your eyes a lot and things of that sort. Its like exercises for your eyes. The doctors that I work with said this wouldn't help get you 20/20.
