How do I find out?

if someone has ever had a warrant out for them? Or if they have ever been arrested? I dont want to have to pay a bunch of money. I was hoping to find a website with such information.

You don't find out for free. For various reasons, the arresting agencies do not make such information available to any entity wherein it would be free to the general public.

Not likely you will find a website with this info on it. You can probably pay one of the search sites to get it for you.
