My husband went to air force basic traing three weeks ago, and three days after he was there he got a migrane cluster headache. Now he is in the medical barracks and waiting for two and a half weeks there. After friday they said that it should take ten days till the paperwork is done and then another ten days to leave. He also got a captain to speed the process up faster, but how long is he going to be there and is there any other way of making it faster? They are just paying him to sit and do nothing! Thanks!

I am so sorry to hear that. Tell him thank you for his efforts anyway. Hy husband is getting discharged out of the NAVY because he is haveing problems with his ears. They told him that it could take any where from 2 days to 30 days. It will all depend on the problem. If he just had 1 migrain that was from stress they might take about 2 to 3 weeks. I hope this helps

Be patient. On a scale of 1 to 10 in importance, this is about a zero.
