I think Jesus would wear whatever would be appropriate attire for the occasion or the circumstances He found Himself in.
Why not Gore-Tex boots on the water. And good sturdy blue-jeans to mow the lawn and preach to the crowds ???

He would wear a "WWJW" (what would jesus wear) t-shirt
or "They made up this whole story about me and I was crucified for all your sins and All I got was this lousy t-shirt"

I would say BORN sandals. ( my favorite)
If He wore boots yes, He would still walk on water to prove an point of HIS love.

Since Jesus is supposedly God, and God created man and women naked (they way he preferred them), I would say the attire of choice for Jesus would likely be nothing at all.
