to exist within my place of preference at all times
knowing exactly how I got there
knowing this, I am certain I will never loose what I have created,
as I can always recreate it
freedom.....no fear, no restraints, boundless ongoing LOVE

Freedom is relative, and I must admit I have no patience with any religion which speaks of freedom then practise the opposite. No disrespect because I know there are exceptions to every rule but when my girl was a babe she was in danger of death and needed major heart surgery.(she was 2mths) It broke my heart to have to make a life or death choice as she was very likely to die on the table but would 100% surely die if I said 'No'. Later when she had just had her 3rd birthday two women from Jehova's Witnesses came to the door and having clucked all over her to begin with, when they found out about her op told me (in front of her) that she was an abomination and I would be sent to hell because I had allowed it.This on top of the memory of a beautiful 11 yr old I knew when I was in my teens who was allowed to die by her parents when a very minor op would have saved her, built up a real bitterness in me. Now my daughter has two happy healthy children of her own and although I won't waste time with Jehova's Witnesses never feel quite so bitter. The worst I ever do is actually quite funny. When these people pester me now I look them straight in the eye and smiling sweetly say gently 'sorry dear but I am a satanist' and honestly these brave 'chosen' can't get away fast enough. One wonders what they would do if ever they met the real thing?

There is no freedom without true love in Christ Jesus.
Freedom can only be defined through love.
Freedom without love is nothing at all!
Love is a deep spiritual, religious concept.
Perhaps the greatest one.
Freedom without love is freedom without hope,
makes no sense, just free falling.

Freedom in the Religious/Christian sense is devoting yourself to doing what the Bible says. Not just favorite lines, but ALL if it. To make yourself a slave to God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost.

From Merriam-Webster
Main Entry: re·li·gion
Pronunciation: ri-'li-j&n
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English religioun, from Anglo-French religiun, Latin religion-, religio supernatural constraint, sanction, religious practice, perhaps from religare to restrain, tie back
The word religion is based on a word that means "to restrain", i.e., the opposite of freedom.

Freedom to obey the law and enjoy the liberty in it.
People are also free to do whatever they want until the law catches up with them and they lose the freedom they had.

As a Christian, we are free from the law and the death brought by the law.
Rom 7:6 But now we have been set free from the Law, having died to that in which we were held, so as for us to serve in newness of spirit, and not in oldness of letter.
Rom 8:2 For the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus set me free from the law of sin and of death.
All things are lawful, but not all things are edifying or proper. We are free to obey God or disobey, and face the consequences. An unbeliever does not have this choice, they can do nothing that pleases God. We are no longer under law, but grace. We are free to rely on our conscience concerning actions and activities that are not clearly spelled out in Scripture as sin. We are free to live our lives without the fear of judgment and spiritual death.

freedom is suppose to be in Jesus Christ and Thur him, following all his commandments, well some have taken this freedom to mean what they want it to mean with over 3,000 different ways to serve Jesus Christ plus your cults freedom has gone wild. is it your freedom to judge a person or to handle that persons sin, do you have to pay for it or earn it by following certain work related issues to get it to be in good standings with a church, many do not understand the freedom in the son's of God.

Looking at it from how the religious act it seems to be interpreted as the religious are going to tell everyone how to live or they are going to hell, it seems to mean freedom from thinking or realising that instead of promoting love you are promoting hatred, fear, pain, suffering and misery (all the stuff that they proceed to blame Satan for)
