Rom 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus {as} Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;

Rom 10:10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Rom 10:11 For the Scripture says, "WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED."

Rom 10:12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same {Lord} is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;

Rom 10:13 for "WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED."

The Bible tells us to examine ourselves, to see if we are in the faith.
Praying a prayer and walking an aisle doesn't get anyone to Heaven. You will find that no where in Scripture.
How do you know you are going to Heaven? Well, are you sensitive to your sin? Are you continually repenting and turning away from it?
Do you hate the world and the evil in it?
Are you obedient to God's Word? Do you see a decresing pattern of sin in your life? Do you find joy in attending church and fellowshipping with other believers? Do you experience answered prayer? Are you able to discern between truth and error? These are just a handful of things.
Read 1 John and examine yourself. That's the only way to know whether or not you are truly saved.

How do you confirm you are going to heaven? Sorry, Alan, you're wrong when you reply that 'God sends you an e-mail', as then YOU wouldn't be confirming anything, unless you happen to be God.

But assuming you are one of the people around here who doesn't suffer from the delusion that he or she is God, perhaps merely suffering from the rather more common delusion of possessing god-like personal infallibility, then YOU need to send your confirmatory e-mail to God.

Fortunately you don't seem to need his e-mail address, as the infallible ones among us assure us that he is omniscient, so he will know the contents of your e-mail even before you think of writing it.

Somewhat less fortunately, the same infallible ones also assure us that God is arguably likely to pay no attention to your confirmation. Indeed, at least according to no less an authority than Saint Augustine of Hippo, the Gospel text 'For many are called but few are chosen' means that few of our confirmations will be accepted. Apparently, as revealed in Holy Scripture, the problem is that, although God is All-powerful and All-Loving and Infinitely Merciful, he is also Perfectly Just, and this leaves him with absolutely no other choice but to send the vast majority of us to suffer eternal agony in Hell, as unbelievers and/or sinners, etc. This is officially known as The Good News Of Salvation.

Of course some of our infallible ones know that Scripture means not what it appears to mean but whatever their infallibility tells them it means, so that 'few are chosen' really means something like 'everybody will be chosen unless I think they shouldn't be'. So there may not be unanimity about the chances of your confirmatory e-mail being accepted or ignored.

You can't confirm that you will awake in the morning, much
less that you will go to heaven. God alone is in control of
both of these things. All we have is Hope. The word says, hope, that can be seen, isn't hope. But God's word also
says, our hope is an anchor of the soul, both sure & steadfast.

If you love and if you do righteousness, you are born of God; because He is Love and Righteousness.

Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot be assured salvation. When Jesus died on the cross of Calvary, His last words were "it is finished". That means, the work of providing a sure salvation for us was purchased, at His expense.

"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved". God would not have His children unsure. He desires we know that, through repentance of sin and faith in His son, we have the blessed assurance of life everlasting in His kingdom.

You must become born again,as Jesus told Nicodemus in John 3:3
Believe in Him and what He did(died and rose again) ,repent(turn from your sins) and live for Him. It really IS that simple.

how do you confirm you haven't to go there?
No, this is a serious question: can one be forced to go to heaven? or is it all automatically?

If you believe that Jesus, who is God, died for your sins on the cross and rose again, you are going to heaven, and not hell. If you believe this, it is 100% guaranteed that you will be in heaven, and you can never lose salvation.

You can not confirm it. Jesus said that he will be the one to Judge us and that even some church leaders will go to hell and Jesus will say "I don't know you". Because they taught what they liked, not truth. We have to do our best to do ALL we are so-post to and hope we have not missed anything. Read your Bible everyday, over and over. Study it so you will understand parts you may not have understood before. Always look for truth.

You have to make a reservation. Then you have to confirm no more than 24 hours from your arrival. You must then provide photo identification upon arrival.
