It probably does mean what you think it means. If you don't ming the geeky answer guys are always competing against one another for the attention of women. Usually they'll go for the single ones but occasionally you'll find those jerks that will hit on anything, wheather she is already with someone or not. If you're guy is confident and you really care about him then you shouldn't let it bother you.

It means what you think it means.

Guys (espeically immature rude ones who would make a comment like that) see taken woman as less of a commitment, you have a man that does the "work" he just wants the fun. Also, without intending to or being concious of it, when a woman find a man that makes her happy or is happy with her life, she carries herself with more confidence, which - though many guys don't fully appreciate it - is extremely sexy! That's not to say they weren't happy or confident before, but finding a good man adds to it.

Bottom line, let them look, let them make stupid comments, the truth is they couldn't get near you and they know it! Probably they couldn't get near any good woman and they know it! Unless they cross the line, ignore it and know it's them being immature.

Sometimes it's a safety net , and sometimes it's a compliment to the guy you're with...

A girl that's taken won't say "let's go..."

theres no real reason why guys cant control their excitement
but as long as u made it clear that they cant have u. thats all that really matters.

"I'd Hit That" is basically a way of saying he would "Do" you. Stupid boys and their snide remarks.
