Does 911 cast dark shadows on your celebration?

Today is my parent's wedding anniversary and they don't let it cast a shadow on their celebrations. I remember when the attacks happened they were in Vegas and even though something bad had happened and their flights had been canceled they still made the best of it.

I was married a few months before 9/11.
I thought it was interesting that it was the same year.
It reflects more on the state of the world, not on
my marriage. My husband is wonderful!

I know a woman whose anniversary is today. Her marriage sucks, but it has nothing to do with 9/11. That reminds me that I should call her.

No. Joyous and horrific things may happen any day. They each balance each other out in a sense. Time helps us to place each in perspective. I have my wife today who I NEVER fail to say "I love You" as I do my kids as I tuck them in because you never know when everything will be wiped away by evil. God bless America and all her citizens!!

today is my 3rd year anniversary for my last speeding ticket.
