The Bible doesn't mention the names of the other children (Seth excluded) or when they were born. We don't know how old Cain and Abel were when the murder happened or how many other children were alive at the time. There could have been thousands of children and grand children at that time.

First off, Adam and Eve were baned from Eden long before they had Cain and Able. Yes it is mentioned in the Bible that Adam and Eve had many other children.
You must have missed some in your reading, try again.

Only 3 of their children were mentioned by name in the Bible. Cain, Abel, and Seth, but they had many more children not named. As for incest, then that is yes, most likely.

No. Cain had a twin sister and Able had a twin sister. That was taken out of the Bible. It's in the Qur'an so if you want the real story then you have to get a copy of the Qur'an. Cain killed Able not out of jealousy but because ALLAH(SWT) told Able to take Cain's sister as his second wife along with his sister. Able's sister was prettier then Cain's sister and Cain didn't like that so he killed his brother.

Adam and Eve had more children after Cain and Able; But does this make Cain have incestuous relations with his "wife"?

They were the only 2 mentioned. The bible doesn't say their progeny was limited to Cain and Abel.
They had to have been women... and women who weren't related, to avoid incest.
Another good reason to avoid the fundamentalists who warp logic and scripture to try to say everything in the bible from Adam and Eve to Revelations must be read literally.

The Bible is the history of a certain group of people, so only the stuff that is relevant to those people is included. A U.S. history book doesn't mention Spain except when it's talking about Christopher Columbus, but it doesn't mean Spain didn't exist until then, or that the history book is wrong, just that Spain isn't important to the story.

I wouldn't worry too much about such inconsistencies. Remember, the bible was written by a bunch of nomadic, uneducated sheep-herders who thought all the animals in the world lived within walking distance of Noah's ark.
It's just mythology and should be considered in the same vein as other mythology, such as Apollo being born full-grown from the head of Zeus.

Adam and Eve did have other children; the only other one to be named was their son Seth (Genesis 4).

The story of Adam and Eve is a Hebrew account of the first HEBREWS not humankind. It is taught by the Christians as a fact and as the story of human creation, which it is not.
