What makes you think that most do?
A few atheists (called strong atheists) do have rather good arguments as to why they traditional view of god (an all-powerful, all-knowing god ) may be impossible, but most atheists don't hold this opinion. Most, like myself, are "weak atheists". We simply do not assert that God exists.
I feel about Yahweh/Jesus (assuming you are Christian) the same way you feel about the Aztec Corn God or leprechauns and unicorns. You don't spend all day trying to come up with proof that those three things don't exist...and I agree completely with you that they don't.
Rather, if you met someone who believed in any of those three things, you would request proof before you chose to then accept the fact that they were real. That is how the vast majority of atheists approach your god as well.
So if you think I lose sleep trying to prove that Yahweh/Jesus doesn't exist, think about how much sleep you lose trying to prove that Zeus doesn't really rule the world from Mt. Olympus.

Ok Soleil, now pay Attention.
So a positive statement means truth. So If I say something like
"You kill babies" it makes it true becuse its positive?
So you kill babies. what a terrible thing to do.
and you lie. Why would you lie?
Oh your a satanist to.... wow how screwed up are you?
OMG you think god should eat babies. What a monster.
Do you see where im going with this?
saying god exists just becuse its a positive verbal function does not infact make it true. If it does then what I said about you must also be true becuse its all said in positive function (Example given Something is good, where as negative is something is NOT evil)
Metaphysical little ditties like that are only cute becuse they are useless.
now to answer the question.
They can't prove he dosent exist. Its like poriving that pigs can't fly of there own accord.
and proving that there is a god or gods works the same way.
It is the eternal question, and why faith is called Faith. Aethists have faith, they have faith that science has shown that there is little enough probabillity for a god to exist that its safe to belive there is no god. Its called faith becuse we don't know.

Atheists don't have to prove there is no God. The burden of proof is on the Theists who claim that God exists.

Because every being on the entire planet is born with no beliefs and religion is learned, thus proving that the existence of Gods is an idea taught ever since infancy or society dating back to our ancestry. There, I proved it.

I don't have to prove there is no God. As the person who is claiming there is a God the burden is on you. It's simple logic.

We believe in common sense and logic. And even though, logic allows for the existence of God, we simply choose not to believe. However, current religions have not been able to prove his existence either. Why have to deal with all the stress of having to beleieve or not. We have free will, the ability to make our own choices in life. We don't need God.

By proving that god is not omnipotent:
IF 'god' is omnipotent, he can create an infinite staircase.
IF 'god' is omnipotent, he can climb infinitely.
I think you would have to concede that no staircase is longer than infinite, and that infinite climbing is within the bounds of omnipotence. It may take all of eternity, but he can climb it.
This demonstrates that 'god' CANNOT create a staircase so long that he cannot climb it, therefore 'god' is NOT omnipotent.
Since 'god' cannot be omnipotent, and omnipotence is part of the definition of god, there can be no god. *Maybe* there is *something* but it isn't god.

You can not prove a negative. If there is no evidence of something then there is no way of proving its real.
