ok. so there's this guy that lives near me (and near as in 40 feet). i moved to the neighborhood not too long ago, and for some reason since i first saw him i had a feeling he had an attraction to me (fyi, im an "intuitive" person). anyways, so this year school started, and ive seen him go from his bus to his house the first few days. then later on him and his friend started taking the sidewalk i take, only going towards me (like in the opposite direction). the first few times i didnt look at him as they passed me (and he did), only from the corner of my eye. but yesterday, i looked directly at him, and the sun was in my eyes so i was squinting and i may have looked mean, like i was scowling at him. and so today i didnt even see them going to their houses (they probably took a different direction or something) and at lunch, he sat sideways so that his back is to me (he doesnt sit near me, like two tables down and on the other end, but still). and also he didnt go up into the lunch line

that is kind of in front of me, which he did for the last couple of days.
geez this sounds like one of those retarded 10 year old questions.
anyways, do you think he may have become "uninterested" because i looked b/itchy yesterday, or am i reading too much into this and am super paranoid? because i can get like that sometimes.
so anyone know any "guy" psychology? what could be up?
add any other comments you wish (but you dont need to be mean to me, kay? :]

This is such a cute scenario!

Don't worry about him thinking you looked bitchy because the sun was in your eyes.

If I were you, I would catch up with him next time and simply tell him (in a comical way) that you think he's very cute and you were hoping that the other day when he saw you squinting at him, that you hope it wasn't a turn off..... becuase it was just the sun.

This is such a great situation for you, because now you have a reason to go up and talk to him (it's a great opener)!

If you're unsure of what to really say to open up with him (to have an opening conversation that'll attract him) I went ahead and put a link below to a site called "Dating Training" that offers some great free advice for girls in situations like this.

Check it out if you're interested in more opening lines.

I would personally use the "Sun" as an opener, cause it's cute :-)

Well you need to say something to him now, you don't want him thinking your a b***h, so next time you see him, just say hello, start something, he can't read your mind so you need to make the first move at this point, you might also be reading to much into it but don't take that chance, just say hello to him. Good luck I hope this helps.

Um, have you gone up to him and said hi, I'm new to the neighborhood my name is x what is yours?

If not, wondering about him is called an imaginary relationship -- in other words, it doesn't exist and as far as he's concerned, you don't exist.

So get with the program and talk to him so he knows you do.

If you really like this guy, why don't you go up and say hi? If he likes you back, then you will know it if he continues talking to you. If he doesn't, then he won't. That way, you can stop worrying about if he likes you or not. Good luck!

Most guys like a challenge. It's best to come off bitchy then it is to come across as easy or needy.

I think you will be just fine.

It's obvious that he likes you, and no, your having a scowl on your face didn't do any damage. Just be yourself, you're doing great.

HIs actions have told you over and over to back off. Stop making it all about you.
