Most likely either a tumour or an abscess. She needs to go to the vet. It won't cost much, you do need to get this sorted.

She probably has a tumor,Ive raised small animals for 12 yrs and have seen a lot of tumors,it could be a sist, the best way to tell would be to spend an ungodly amount of money at the vets and they would be able to tell you.Or you can sit and wait until she is showing pain which could be up to a year then have her put down.

tumour (quite common in small animals),abscess (any sort of cut can infect), overgrown teeth if they aren't grinding down properly (they're teeth continuously grow & can curl around into the cheek).

those are my guesses, all of which need to be looked at by a vet or you could have a very ill hamster on your hands very soon. they don't often show pain until it's too late to fix - it's nature's way of keeping predators at bay.

Any website or puppy keep I even have talked to says to take the hamster directly to the vet. do no longer ask everybody or attempt any homestead treatments, in simple terms pass directly to the vet. some have even advised me to take them to an unique vet because of the fact a favourite vet could no longer comprehend what to do.
