How can i make a homemade stethoscope?

Its for my senior project class. I found alot of projects that were elementry school level ,but i want it to be a little more difficult. ?? Help?

A stethoscope is pretty easy to make. All you need is a few items you can get at most hardware stores: rubber tubing, threaded copper tubing, and a package of latex gloves. Find a couple of copper fittings that fit together so that you end up with a large round hole and two small tubes. Attach the rubber hose to the small tubes, and cover the large hole with a piece of latex.
