as mentioned in my other question today, i just got into TGIFridays as a server- sooo psyched.....
i have a LOT of learning to do when it comes to alchohol.
i get the laws and stuff, i need to find a way to understand whats in a drink and memorize our call, well, and premium booze tho...
im eighteen, and honestly dont drink. any suggestions? i have a test in a couple days (just got study material last night-)

Study, study, study. I worked in the service industry for 16 years. I was a bartender for over 10. It just takes time and practice. Make yourself some flash cards to put in your book. Type them up and have them laminated so that they are easy to read and last. Be sure to include the type of liquor, level ( Well, Call, Premium, and Super premium) and the prices! if you see them every day you will get them down. Good luck.

Congrats. Start with memorizing the call, well and premium drinks they serve. Keep a book on other drinks because there is no way to memorize them all quickly.
