1. They will figure out ways to go around it. Even by walking along the west coastline, building hang gliders, helium balloons or other small home-made flying machines to fly ever the wall.

2. As long as the United States is prosperous and democratic they will come. Even if you pass the most severe anti-immigration laws. Even if you take away birthright citizenship away from their children...they will come.

3. The human need and desire to better themselves and their families is just way too strong and as long as their corrupt governments don't do anything for them... they will come.

You're right, a wall won't completely fix the problem but it will help. That isn't the only thing we are screaming about that MUST be done.

Besides, there is a fence at San Diego. IT WORKS!

1) ENFORCE OUR LAWS!
2 JAIL EMPLOYERS TO DRY UP THE JOB MARKET!
3) APPLY THE 14th AMENDMENT AS IT WAS INTENDED.

Sorry but your first example is dumb and number three won't be an issue if we get rid of the incentive of a job.

ILLEGAL is wrong. It is a crime!

It won't be perfect but it is a lot better than nothing. Tunnels can be found with geoprobes and we'd have more time to look for them. Crossings and crime as well plummetted in San Diego when the fence went up, and it isn't even the 'right kind'.

There is now a Neiman Marcus backed against the border fence in San Diego, and I assure you the neighborhood would not have supported that before the fence.

We can't pay for thier better life. Our children's schools are failing our children, and those illegally here and their children are draining the programs we need for our own people, particularly as our baby boomer generation who funded these programs now needs them for themselves.

Sure seems to have cut down on the Palestinian incursions into Israel.

And the original Wall was pretty good at keeping the Mongols at bay for a long time.

the way to stop it is to stop the $$ on this side. remove the business licenses from any business who hires them...close the apartment buildings who rent to them. give them no public assistance of any kind, and private citizens need to square off on them in the street...

we must take our country back NOW.
