Heh interesting, but you are forgetting that God allowed the serpent in the garden in the first place, and knew that Eve didn't know good from evil, so was not equipped to defend herself.
He also created Lucifer in the first place, so in the end God is ultimately responsible for Democracy and the creation of sin so that there would be a choice. He needed to create sin and evil, and needed Eve to accept temptation, so that he could offer free will to mankind.
