ok, ok, geez people...

What i ment was, I need a light framed bike or an already assembled bike at the price range of 1000USD or less (less meaning 500-300 without lowering the frame quality)

If my infos are still vague, please please kindly inform me and please please dont be rude or sarcastic. Thx

I don't think that by 1,000 you'll get a reliable and light full suspension, I think that your best bet is a hardtail. It will be light and have some nice components. I believe you would need 1,500 or above for a nice full suspension. Of course the prices are for new stuff, probably you could find a bargain used, which is worth a look. Or try finding a 07 now that the 08 models will start to come out soon.

Your best bet for the money is probably going to be a singlespeed hardtail. There are no gears so it will be very reliable and you don't have to pay for shifters and derailleurs. I believe Trek/Gary Fisher is coming out with a new model which would be at or under $1000.00.
For full suspension I would recommend you scour the used bike sellers for a Cannondale Scalpel. You could probably find an older one under $1000.00.

yea if you want light, get some bike that has its own special aluminum for the frame. also, rear suspension is really unnecessary and they add extra weight to the bike.

for reliable, get a bike that's simple with less components to break and fail. that calls for a single speed bike with no shifters and derailers. a bike with no extra gears and stuff hanging on the bike means a stronger rear wheel because it doesn't have to hold up the cassette and rear derailer.

so you need a women's singlespeed hardtail.. pretty difficult to find one. so maybe you can buy something like this:

and take off all the shifters and derailers. you don't have to take the stuff off if you don't plan to jump 1-5 feet off the ground

Here you go, and they have women's only frames too. That should be important. You have quite a price range. $500 to $1000 includes a lot of bicycles, so you take a look here.

Good Luck.

What the heck does affordable mean? My friend could easily afford $10,000, me < $1000. Relatively stated questions get relatively stated answers.
