why alopecia occurs in children....any helpfull remedy....my son 6.5yrs having many small patches on head.?

you need to take him to a dermatologist there is medication he can take to help make it better . good luck .

Aw, is he stressed by anything? A recent change in events? that may be the reason.

Could be ringworm and that usually requires oral anti-fungal medication.
