What would you do if your mother sat in each class with you, held your hand just to make sure you did what you are supposed to be doing? Would this motivate you to make the grades that you are capable to make?

Oh my goodness no. I would be so embarrassed. I know how the junior high and high school were for me. All these kids had horrible times because their parents embarrassed them. I never let my mom do anything that would let people make fun of me. I felt so bad. I know that people these days would have a field day and never let the kid live it down. That would make the kid so much less motivated to do anything.

I don't think so... It would actually make me feel really bad. I would be embarrassed and every single time I would be afraid if I'm doing something wrong because I want my mum to be proud of me.

Of course I would appreciate the effort that she is putting into helping me but I would explain to her that I have to do those thing by myself.

i know this is for teenagers but my aunt did this for my cousin and she ended up getting her GED, i dont think its wise but teenagers don't realize how important and imperitive high school is. I would do it for my child considering if you don't have a college degree you're nothing. NO SLACKERS HERE
