Absolutely,they have already been cooked to a temperature that makes it safe to eat right out of the can,however you will need to re-heat any leftovers to be safe.

Yes its perfectly safe, it's already cooked. However I don't think it will taste to good without being warmed. But if you like it that way then go for it.:)

The only reason you cook your vegetables, except tomatoes, is to heat them through. Of course, if the can is dented or bulging, you throw it away. Tomatoes may have anaerobic bacteria and need heating.

yes, vegetables are actually safe to eat raw, it will just give you a hard time chewing it, but if it tastes good for you go for it!

Yes, but I prefer to heat frozen veggies. Generally less sodium and fresher taste.
