Write down the changes documenting, + or - ,
that have taken place since these meds have been started.

Sometimes for severe PTSD, sleep is preferable to suffering.

In answer to your question, sleepiness can very well be on of the side effects to such medications. The Dr. should be informed of any and all changes, that interfere with the person's ability to function or their health.

If you want a second person to run-it-by, ask the pharmacist that filled the prescription.

Just a hunch on my part: It would be unusually severe symptoms that a Dr. would start all 3 meds at the same time.

Geodon is some powerful sh*t. It makes you go crazy if you're not really crazy already. I'm not sure why the doc put your friend on so many different meds; the drug Strattera should help deal with ADD and depression as well. Paxil seems to be excessive if you ask me. Also, Geodon is a anti-schizophrenic drug that prevent you from hearing voices and sh*t like that.

Your friend should try Zoloft for depression and Dexedrine or Concerta for ADHD. These drugs are way more powerful but will be effective to deal with the PTSD symptoms. Note that these drugs will not cure the problem, the retuning thoughts, however, it will help manage the pain.

much less probably that those form of indications are side outcomes of Paxil. i think of you may desire to attempt to alter drugs. attempt Zolofit in consultation alongside with your physician. based on journey of my customers , Forgetfulness , Weight income , Sexual side result could be attributed to Paxil.
