The moment you think this "world" can't possible dig itself deeper into sin, it finds a way.
What, in God's name is the matter with these people?
Stay in the Word, brethren. This world in NOT our home.

I wonder why two answerers bet these vicious sadists were Christians. There was no evidence whatsoever in this article about their religion. Sheer anti-Christian bigotry?
Everything these miscreants did to that poor woman was opposite to what Jesus taught and exemplified.
On the other hand, their actions were consistent with a complete rejection of God. They violated most of the Ten Commandments. They showed no charity and no mercy.
If this world is simply a cosmic accident, and if right and wrong are simply matters of personal preference, I don't see how justice comes into play at all. They were powerful, she was weak, and so they imprisoned her, tortured her, and molested her. Now they are weak and the police are strong--simply an absurd turnabout in a meaningless world.
It is only because we understand that God made us in his own image, bestowing freedom and natural rights on each us, that we can demand justice for these affronts.
Cheers,
Bruce

This is just horrible! It is just another sign of all the hatred in this world, I agree 100% this world is not our home. I pray for the day Jesus will come back and we will sit with him and all that believe and we can sing Heavenly songs and be filled with love, joy, peace, caring, compassion, all the things we should have today, but it's too sad that these people ( and more like them ) have not come to know God. And know these "fruits". Stay in the faith, and Be Blessed!

You know just because people are religious does not mean that they do not commit crimes. I'm not entirely a believer in religions but I still go out of my way to help people and do things to better the world we live in. But in fact this is very inhumane what these people did. I would not even be able to understand how they can think that it is a good thing.

Absolutely sickening! I don't understand people who abuse other people. These people are racist and warped mentally to do this!
It's so nice for some to sit in their cozy little world thinking all is right with the world, but it isn't reality. I just don't understand why someone would be hateful. I abhor it.

This always occurs when we pay more attention to the dead than the living. Don't forget about Larry Byrd of Jasper Texas, beaten and dragged 3 miles on a chain behind a pickup truck until he was torn to pieces.
King George is partly responsible for this current racial drama. The referenced group of haters saw the horror that was allowed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and recognized the encouragement.
God was there as the lady was beaten, raped, stabbed, forced to consume feces and urine, and otherwise subjectively marginalized. Who do you think tipped police? The lady will survive as a vivid illustration of just how far we have come as human beings.
Black people are subjected to this nonsense all the time. I WILL CHANGE THIS NO MATTER HOW MANY DEATHS I ENDURE! NO MATTER HOW MANY REINCARNATIONS AS A BLACK PERSON! NO MATTER HOW MANY GEORGE BUSH'S RUN THE COUNTRY! NO MATTER HOW MANY CONGRESSES SIT AROUND AND IGNORE THE PROBLEM! NO MATTER HOW MUCH BLACK APATHY! NO MATTER HOW MANY ELITISTS DOMINATE THE SUPREME COURT.................. GOD WILL HELP ME PREVAIL!
THANK YOU GOD, FOR I AM HERE!
...Like the rest of us my King, you will reap what you sow!

That is horrible. Those people have no love of Christ and need all the help they can get. Not only should we pray for the victim but we should pray for ones who did this to her to hope they will find christ and repent their sins. I still can't believe how horrible this is

2) I wonder why they felt the need to say they where white? There races are established right at the beginning. What is the purpose behind that?
