Everyone I know who has been on it has lost sooo much weight. My step mom, my dad and their neighbors went on it all together and each has lost at least 47 pounds since Feb. (some have lost more.. ). The nice thing is it isn't a "diet", its changing the way you eat for the better. You don't need to cook your family different foods because the recipes are healthy, not a diet food. I think it's the best system out there and I wish you the best of luck!
P.S. I saw someone say they got to the point where they'd only eat cookie and such.. go to the meetings.. it makes a world of difference. My step mom always comes back completely ready to take on the world every time she goes to a meeting.

Well first I'd like to say congrats for stepping up to the plate to make a difference for yourself and your family. Weight Watchers is a pretty successful program, but you cant "believe" just what you see on TV. Yes, the food and the point system is what Weight Watchers is based on... but if you notice, on the commercials, when it says "Julie Lost 50 Pounds!" it also says in very small print "Results Not Typical"... so you really have to keep a positive mindset. Work towards some type of exercise program... and try not to "cheat" the system... The progam can work great, but there is a lot more than adding points from the food you eat.

nicely thats a physically powerful question by way of fact it is important to go with the terrific weight type. you're already in stable shape from the . You the two stay the place you're at and combat at cruiser or you drop some kilos and combat at mild-heavy. i might reccomend which you drop some kilos and combat at mild-heavy. The low a hundred and eighty's might in all probability artwork out nicely for you. the clarification I say it particularly is by way of fact you have experienced for ability, and you will might desire to alter your education approaches now so as to compete in boxing. you want muscle mass that are loose and rapid. additionally top is a substantial benefit in boxing. A taller boxer with an prolonged attain would not might desire to artwork just about as difficult to land his pictures. dropping weight supplies a ability top benefit over apponents while gaining weight might do the alternative. Drop the get admission to kilos and you would be a stress to be reckoned with in the mild-heavyweight devision.

It depends, at least it does to me. I got to the point that I would eat only cookies or potato chips and justify it by saying well, it is only blank amount of points. So, my advice would be that it might work for you if you don't do that!! I have also heard that going to meetings is good, but I didn't. I really liked the online tools because they help keep track. I hope this helps some!
Good luck!!

My mom tried it many years ago. She found it to be awkward to follow fully in real life. They have special diets and cook books and it was difficult to have to cook a separate meal for herself while making dinner for the rest of the family. Also, if you follow the program faithfully and use their products and tools it can get expensive. She did find the meetings informative and helpful though, and said the plan did work. It just wasn't practical for her.
If you stick with it, it will work. Good luck.
