If she's vomiting then you have to rest the stomach. Nothing by mouth, even meds. If she needs fluids, and it sounds like she does, the only way to give them is via a needle. Either under the skin or through an IV. IV is best because it gets to the blood fastest, but it can't be done at home, (unless you're a vet tech?) Any meds that are needed should be given by injection until well after the vomiting stops. As much as I hate to tell you, I think you do need to go to a vet. An emergency vet. A puppy that young is very likely to die. It's good that the other puppies are doing well. I suspect that this particular puppy is just a little weaker or just had a larger exposure to the giardia. Giardia is just one of those freak things in the enviroment. It is found in bird droppings and contaminates water. It is difficult to detect, so I commend your veterinarian for finding it. Now to the question of saline under the skin. Subcutaneous fluids (I believe that's what you're referring to) can be done at home, but I usually make sure I have someone in my office the first time they try to do it, because I don't want them to screw it up. You should use sterile saline, better yet Normosol or Lactated Ringers, and a fresh needle every time. The amount is going to vary depending on the size of the dog and the degree of dehydration. Usual sites are at the back of the neck and in front of the hips (saddlebags) where the skin is loose. You pinch the skin and make a tent of skin under your fingers. Hold the needle parallell to the body. The needle will go right into the middle of the tent. If you go through it it will just come out and run off the dog. If you go too deep you'll be injecting into muscle and it will hurt a lot. It will produce a bubble under the skin that is soft like a water balloon when done correctly. Be careful not to make it too tight. If you've done this before or seen it done, and have the appropriate equipment to do this, it may help. It is not the highest quality of medical care I would advise for this patient. It may not be sufficient to do the job, and the puppy's life is on the line here. I have no financial incentive to tell you this, it's just the right thing to do. Go to a vet. Really. There are emergency vets all over, and people who are "closed" but really will see your pet if they are this sick, even when there are no emergency hospitals per se.

You won't like this, but the obvious question is, why have a pupy if you can't afford the vet? Bad idea. One thing for sure is, the longer you leave it, the more expensive it's going to be so if it's money you're worried about, go NOW rather than later.
The symptoms you've described are far too generalised for even a vet to guess at the problem - and there aren't any vets on here. You really need to go to one - if you just want an idea of the problem, you can get this for the price of a consult.
Even if you could narrow this down yourself, how would you then know what treatment to proceed with? Don't risk your dog's health with DIY diagnosis and treatment.

Why can't you take her to the vet? If you can;t get someone else to take her.
If you are in the US call this number: CareCredit
1-800-365-8295 If you are in Canada call this number: 1-866-453-9961 You can do this now and be approved in minutes. This way you can get the pup the vet care it most definetly needs.
If credit care can;t help you then start selling things. I had to sell my car in the past to pay a huge vet bill but the animal went on to live several more happy years which he would not have done if I had not. You have a computer in front of you so see that as a couple of hundred dollars towards the bill if it's a large one.
Maybe a family member or friend will lend you the money. The options are endless if you look for them.
4 weeks is a long time for anyone or anything to be ill. This poor animal needs some help. You can;t just leave it to suffer which if it's been ill 4 for weeks it has to be.
As a last resort surrender the poor baby to a no kill shelter so as they will get her the treatment she needs.

First, if you can't afford to take the animal to the vet- YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN A PET!
You obviously haven't had it vaccinated since you are afraid of Parvo- it can very well be Parvo and anytime an animal is sick for more than 24 hours, it need to be seen by a vet.
Also, it's ILLEGAL to not vaccinate your pet and ANIMAL NEGLECT to not take it to the vet when you know it's sick- especially for 4 weeks!
Many vets will set up a payment plan and they LEGALLY CANNOT deny your animal treatment. TAKE THE THING TO THE VET or it could die!
After you take it to the vet- find it a home where the person is actually responsible!
And to take it's temperature- get a regular human digital thermometer and put it in the dogs rectum about 1/2 an inch- wait for it to beep- dogs regular temperature varies between 99.5 and 101.5. Anything higher is a fever and life-threatning for a young animal.
DO SOMETHING NOW or you'll feel even worse when the dog dies because you were irresponsible!

Trust me its parvo, I had a litter of puppies and I thought the same thing, because they would get better. But they had it and I had to get a couple of them put down, luckily not all of them had it. If she isn't to bad and not really dehydrated then you just need to take her in to the vet every morning and receive a shot for about 4-6 days. It will cost you about 14-16 dollars per shot. So might be able to get rid of the parvo for under $100 dollars which is great, because once they had it and get over it, they can never receive it again. You just need to make sure that she stays very hydrated, I would mix in gatorade or pedilyte with her water to make sure shes not getting to dehydrated.
I hope everything works out and good luck.

WOW! No money for the vet, but you have Internet huh? Maybe since you COMMITTED TO CARING FOR ANOTHER LIVING CREATURE you should FIND the money or give the dog to someone who can care for her PROPERLY.
If there is TRULY no room in your budget for a vet bill (meaning you already live on a diet of Raman noodles and water, have NO credit and can afford only the minimum costs of necessities such as shelter and food and have NOTHING you can sell to raise the money) you have NO RIGHT to have a dog. I think it is FAR more likely you just can't be bothered/ don't want to give up your luxuries and belongings to care for your dog. You make me sick.

You need to take your dog to a vet. There is no way anyone here can tell you what is wrong without looking at the dog.
Honestly, if you can't afford a vet why did you get the dog?

You can't afford to take your sick puppy to the vet, but I notice that you have paid your internet bill just fine. If you can't afford to take your pup to the vet then you need to find her a better home that will provide her with all her needs.

If you have a dog & the dog is sick, you MUST take her to the vet. If you can't afford that you shouldn't have a dog. If you were sick, would you expect to go to the doctor, or jus let somebody wait until you got better or died? Be responsible and take her.

Your dog has been sick for four weeks. You need to take the dog to the vet. Borrow the $$$ !!! No one on here can help this puppy!!
You say you are waiting for a pay check. The dog has been sick for four weeks, you get paid every two, so the dog should have at least been taken to the vet two weeks ago!!!
