( celibacy meaning no sex and no masturbation )

A 2001 study[8] examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence followed by masturbation-induced orgasm. It found that abstinence over such periods "does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males."

If your a younger male under 40 and do not have regular ejaculations , or your colon cleansed as an alternative, you are increasing your risk of colon cancer by 300%.

I tried it once, I lasted about a week. No increase n muscle tone or strength, but definitely an increase in edginess/frustration.

Increase in testosterone also equals increase in acne for many, especially for those under 21, before testosterone levels begin to dip.

That doesn't make any sense. Sex is great exercise. You will lose fat and build muscle (though, not a lot) if you have sex. Increased testosterone does not mean more muscle. It just means you might sprout some hair on your chest and be angry a lot. Why do you think guys who don't get laid are big jerks?
