That doesn't make any sense. Sex is great exercise. You will lose fat and build muscle (though, not a lot) if you have sex. Increased testosterone does not mean more muscle. It just means you might sprout some hair on your chest and be angry a lot. Why do you think guys who don't get laid are big jerks?
