I started eating Special K on June 25th i have a big bowl in the morning and at lunch if i am hungry (which alot of times i am not) i will eat some fruit then for dinner i will eat my normal dinner , i also go out sometimes and splurge. Since June 25th I have lost a total of 17.5 pounds. To me this is so easy. It really works.

Special K, the regular Slim Fast shakes have slightly less sugar than a 12 oz soda. both of them are garbage, only the manufactures of Special K claim it's healthy. it's nothing more than another low sugar highly processed cereal. whole oatmeal would be a 100% improvement to eat over Special K. simply looking at the list of ingredients of a food item tells you how "healthy" it truly is. the longer the list of ingredients on a food item the more processed it is and the less nutritious and healthy it really is.
don't believe claims made by the manufacturer of a food item. this is what 3rd party test labs are for, they have no financial stake in the success or failure of a food item or company.

Neither will work in the longrun. Sorry, but the only way to really lose weight and keep it off is to make a lifestyle change. That means eating better/healthier foods, and exercising daily. If you are serious about losing the weight, try that. Diets plans, pills, drinks are a scam to make people rich. They do not work in the longrun.

None - special K is one of the worst cereals you can have and slimfast...
to lose weight you have to make lifestyle changes not just "try" something. usually when you "try" diets (fad diets) all you lose is water weight and muscle which gives you false sense of accomplishment. but actually you are slowing down metabolism and contributing to the yo-yo cycle.

I'm not sure about Special K, but slimfast has sugar and lots of calories. I drink atkins shakes instead of slimfast along with a pretty good exercise and diet program.

I've only done slim fast...way back when they were only doing shakes and stuff...my overall theory is that any diet where you food choices are very limited is hard to stick with, but thats just me!

Excersise and you will be amazed. Stop drinking soda and whole milk. Drink water (empty calories)
You will be amazed in 2 weeks.
Protein - eggs, peanut butter, fish, almonds for snacks

I would try the Special K diet. They have better tasting stuff. Also, you could eat cereal for supper. Sounds great.
