Luke 15:7--"I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over 99 righteous persons who need no repentance."
A very comforting verse for one who has screwed up immeasurably, but also a reminder for those who think they're better than others.

Psalms 84:10 "For a day in your courtyards is better than a thousand elsewhere. I have chosen to stand at the threshold in the house of my God. Rather than to move around in the tents of wickedness."

This reminds me that nothing this world has to offer is even remotely close to the blessings God has to offer.

Isaiah 11:6-9 "..wolf will actually reside with the lamb...cow and bear themselves will fed...lion eat straw just like the bull...they will not do any harm or cause any ruin...because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea."

Rev. 21: 3 & 4 "He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have past away."

Definitely a time to look forward to.

Psalms 83:18 tells you God's personal name.
My favorite scriptures though, talks about God's mercy and willingness to pardon our error. The entire 103 chapter of Psalms and the entire 130 chapter of Psalms.
Psalms 103:8-10 : "Jehovah is merciful and gracious,Slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness.
He will not for all time keep finding fault, Neither will he to time indefinite keep resentful.
He has not done to us even according to our sins, Nor according to our errors has he brought upon us what we deserve."

Job 19:23-27
Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were inscribed in a book! That with an iron pen and lead they were graven in the rock for ever! I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end, He will stand upon the earth: And after my skin has been destroyed, yet from my flesh shall I see God: I, myself, will see Him, I and not another. OH! how my heart yearns within me!

If Job can say that, after all he went through, who am I to complain?

Numbers 6:24-26 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

I am deeply in love with Isaiah, Jeremiah and Psalms.

Peace hon.

Psalms 51

Sin, regret, God knows the secret sins, loves us, breaks us and then can restore our broken bones to dance. Favorite line is "Create in me a pure heart oh God..." What that says to me is only God can do that, I can't so what I need to focus on is living better, loving more and learning from my mistakes and accepting his will and forgivness.

Acts 2:38,
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
