I wish to apology for anyone's blatant insensitivity to the 9/11 attacks. All of you know who I am talking about . It is not my fault, I know, but we must counteract these comments with words of love and memory. For those who lost loved ones that day, may God give you peace, and for those who haven't and choose to remember, God bless you.

Mr Math- I totally agree that we must look to the future- however the past is what can control the future if we are not praying that it is not repeated.

Jedi- I never said the world ended 6 years ago, I know when it will end, when Jesus returns for His own- and to make things right- however in the meantime we need to show that we have more compassion than the terrorists. In May we stop to remember all the soldiers that died on memorial day, so we should at least stop for a moment. Is it that hard?

I pray for them and for any victims of the world's hate. Just like we cannot 'forget' the many veterans of our wars, we shall not forget those that have died at the hands of people who believe violence is the answer over prayer. And before anyone says anything else, yes, I know war is necessary to defend our's and everyone else's freedoms, it would be unnecessary if we all prayed to the one true God. Some day we will have our world peace.

They give you burning buildings and you want 'words of love and memory'?

The terrorists have got one thing right. If you fight, you go all out. You don't dance around and try to make nice. You kick the ever-loving crap out of the other guy until he decides that he's actually not so fond of the taste of your boot, and he doesn't really want to fight any more. Ever.

I've got two words for all the lives lost since September 11, 2001.

Never Again.

I agree. Some people just are not gifted with Compassion for Others. It is sad to know that people don't give honor where it is due.
All that risked their lives to save another it takes a Real person of Heart and Moral to do so.
Its not just a Job.

AMEN. Sad we don't have a grasp of unity within our own country, even on such profound days as today. Ignore ignorance, embrace love, and spread peace, what better way to combat insensitivities? God bless you all, everyday!

I totally agree sometimes people can be so heartless and not even realise it it's kind of sad but everyone sometimes forgets how blessed they really are.

yes, but you must understand, things like this happen all the time. How were you personally affected?

If you let it make you miserable than terrorism wins. :)

really its a big country, people die in their thousands every day, lighten up. I'm just sick of whiney americans thinking the world ended 6 years ago.

**edit. Perhaps if we all moved on then there wouldn't be so much eye for an eye revenge attacks going on...don't vote for bush again, that'll show you remember those who died.

death is never to be taken so callously. the motives behind those deaths in particular as well. and the deaths that have come as a result of 9/11 should also not be ignored.
