i would guess its illegal considering everything else in NY is illegal including fireworks and little things such as underbody lights for cars.. i live in ny and i think its retarded that NY makes things illegal when a foot over the border to another state its legal. what, people can hurt themselves with guns and fireworks in NY but not in PA or CT??? thats nonsense and NY needs to get into reality...

probable the reason he asked is using the fact there are diverse powders-- for a protracted gun which may be FF form--and FFF for a pistol .the style being in how huge each and every grain is with FFF being like grains of salt and FF being greater chunky...As a side be conscious please be careful in what you're doing as one in all my close friends left his powder attainable and his 2 sons have been given into it on an identical time as he grow to be at paintings. that they had the comparable purpose as you do,the oldest misplaced 0.5 of his index finger on his proper hand and the different is marred for all times because of the fact the powder blew up in his face and scarred him with third degree burns from his brow to his chin.
